We are looking for a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer who thrives in a high‑performance environment and wants to take true ownership of the design cycle. In this role, you won’t just be a cog in a machine—you will be the gatekeeper of quality, helping our top‑tier clients (including Fortune 500 leaders) push the boundaries of 5G, 6G, and next‑gen hardware.
You will span the entire verification spectrum: from deep‑diving into intricate IP blocks (for massive MIMO, high‑speed data processing, and complex radio algorithms) to managing the top‑level SoC integration of multi‑chip modules featuring hundreds of processor cores, tailored hardware accelerator IPs, and high‑speed interfaces.
Architect Test Environments: Design, build, and maintain advanced, extensible, and modular IP and SoC‑level testbenches from scratch using UVM and SystemVerilog.
End‑to‑End Verification: Define comprehensive test plans, driving verification strategies from block‑level logic to top‑level ingress/egress traffic involving DSPs, MCUs, switches, and security components.
Bug Hunting & Coverage: Use constrained random testing and Assertion‑Based Verification (ABV) to unearth complex corner‑case bugs, ensuring 100% functional and code coverage.
Software‑Driven Testing: Develop embedded software‑driven tests in C to run on embedded processors within the SoC, debugging failing test cases across SystemC/TLM platforms, RTL simulation, and silicon.
Emulation & Automation: Prepare and configure designs for Hardware Emulators (e.g., Palladium, Zebu, Veloce) and maintain continuous integration (CI) regression suites across multiple simulation and emulation platforms.
Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with RTL designers to close loops on timing and functionality, while mentoring junior engineers and influencing architectural decisions across cross‑functional teams.
You are a meticulous problem‑solver at heart who enjoys the "detective work" of verification as much as technical precision and collaboration.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of hands‑on experience in ASIC/SoC and IP‑level verification, ideally within the telecommunications or semiconductor industry.
Methodologies: Expert‑level mastery of SystemVerilog and UVM/OVM is mandatory. Practical debugging experience with VHDL or Specman (e) is a strong plus.
Software Skills: Strong C programming skills for embedded software/verification environments, alongside scripting expertise in Python, Perl, or Linux Shell scripting.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with digital logic design, mobile communication standards (5G/6G), and standard interfaces (e.g., Ethernet, SGMII, PCIe, CPRI, SPI, I3C).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with an agile mindset and a proven track record of mentoring team members.
