Job summary
NiCE Cognigy is seeking a seasoned presales engineer to collaborate with the sales team on discovery calls, deep dives and compelling product demos across the Nordics. You will tailor demonstrations showing the value of NiCE Cognigy for contact center and automation use cases.
The role requires strong presentation skills, technical depth in AI and conversational tech, and fluency in English and Swedish. This is a remote Sweden-based position with international scope across multiple Nordic
Qualifications
- Experience in consultant, sales engineer or presales roles.
- Background in enterprise software, especially contact center or automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript; knowledge of Java/Python is a plus.
- Fluent English and Swedish; able to present to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to plan and execute strategic Nordics deals.
- Lead discovery calls, technical deep dives and product demos.
- Create tailored NiCE Cognigy demonstrations addressing customer needs.
- Provide technical pre-sales support and respond to RFI/RFP questions.
- Stay current on competitive AI solutions and share learnings internally.
