Job summary

Cohere is seeking a founding Solutions Architect for the Nordics to grow our enterprise AI business across the Nordics and Europe. You will partner with account executives, partners, and leadership to demonstrate Cohere's value to customers and pilots with flagship clients.

You will own the technical relationship, translate business objectives into Cohere solutions, and guide best practices while enabling adoption across customer organizations. Remote-friendly with Nordic focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical pre/post sales roles (Solutions Architect/Engineer/Sales Engineer) or similar.
• Fluency in English (business and technical) and willingness to work in a Nordic/European market.
• Interest and understanding of Generative AI and AI technologies.
• Comfortable communicating with CEOs and technical teams; thrives in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical talks on customer calls and pilots.
• Design enterprise architectures for Nordics deployments.
• Deep-dive on customer queries and Cohere technology.
• Own customer narrative and advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align offerings with customer needs.
• Work with partners to scale adoption and acceleration.
