Job summary

Zendesk in Sweden seeks an AI Sales Specialist to drive growth of our AI product suites. You will prospect, demonstrate and close deals in collaboration with the Core AE team, delivering value-driven AI solutions to customers in a quota‑carrying overlay role.

You will own relationships, lead AI POC efforts, and work across Success teams to uncover expansion opportunities while travelling as needed. This role emphasizes Spanish language capability and deep AI know‑how.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quota‑carrying sales role focused on AI or CX solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own sales quotas and drive revenue growth within Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate with Core AE team to prospect, demo and close deals.
• Build relationships and map AI portfolio value to customer goals.
