Job summary
EPAM Systems, Inc. in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for Anthropic, OpenAI and SpaceX AI partner sales. Hybrid work mode in Benelux and Nordics.
You will drive net-new revenue through new logos and cultivate strategic partner relationships to accelerate joint success across AI activation and governance. You will lead multi-party deals, articulate transformation-led propositions, and orchestrate campaigns with Anthropic, OpenAI and SpaceX AI partners to expand
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of IT sales or business development experience.
- Proven success in hunting and acquiring new business.
- Experience leveraging partner ecosystems for revenue growth.
- Fluency in English; Swedish business proficiency preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue across Benelux and Nordics.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with ecosystem partners.
- Co-develop partner go-to-market plans and solutions.
- Identify opportunities spanning AI activation, agent development, AI-native product development and AI governance.
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through close, leveraging partner engagement.
- Execute proactive outbound activities including joint campaigns with partners to expand pipeline.
