EPAM Systems in Gothenburg seeks a Senior Agentic AI Architect/Consultant to shape L1 architecture and consolidate inputs from vendors. You will steer workshops, embed Safe Agent principles, and deliver a cohesive target architecture that supports AI ambitions with speed.

The role requires an enterprise posture with hands-on experience in agentic AI, Azure Foundry, and MCP patterns, plus proven vendor coordination across SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise or solution architecture background with hands-on agentic AI experience.
• Experience shaping L1 architecture across multiple vendors and consultancies.
• Proven ability to drive decisions in senior architecture forums.

Responsibilities

• Finalise the L1 agentic architecture and define each layer concretely.
• Consolidate prior work into a single coherent target view.
• Embed Safe Agent principles into architecture and delivery.
• Lead workshops and align stakeholders to close decisions in sessions.
