Job summary
EPAM Systems in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Anthropic, OpenAI and SpaceX AI partnerships. Hybrid work model in the Benelux and Nordics region.
You will drive net-new revenue, cultivate senior-level partner relationships, and co-create go-to-market strategies to accelerate joint success. You will lead sales across AI activation, agent development, and AI governance, engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to close opportunities and expand the EPAM
Qualifications
- 7–12 years in IT sales or business development with a track record of hunting new revenue streams.
- Proven ability to leverage partner ecosystems for opportunities and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of frontier AI platforms and enterprise AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue and new logo acquisition across Benelux and Nordics.
- Build and strengthen strategic partner relationships to unlock joint opportunities.
- Co-develop go-to-market plans with partners to meet client demands and scale.
- Identify opportunities in AI activation, agent development, and AI governance.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, with partner engagement.
- Conduct proactive outbound campaigns to expand the pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Position EPAM's value through transformation-led partner propositions.
- Ensure robust pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting.
