Job summary

Voi Technology AB is seeking a Senior Central Operations Manager (Supplier Management) to own end-to-end 3PL partnerships and set the standards for partner performance across markets.

You will define SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs, while collaborating with Procurement, Repair, Safety, and Workforce Management to ensure vehicle availability and resilient operations. English fluency is required, and AI in operations is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, vendor/3PL management, procurement or strategy consulting.
• Hands-on experience with third-party logistics or outsourced-service provider relationships.
• Experience running analyses of large data sets and driving decisions with impact.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; AI awareness in operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the framework for 3PL vs. in-house split across all markets.
• Define and roll out SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs to support resilience and accountability.
• Reduce concentration risk across the 3PL network and design capacity redundancy.
• Partner with Procurement to set sourcing criteria and integrate vendor performance.
• Set and track KPIs for 3PL performance and drive improvements.
• Integrate 3PL and charging capacity into central capacity planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Repair, Safety, Workforce Management.
