Job summary

Voi Technology AB in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Associate to join our central Supply Chain team and help keep scooters, e‑bikes, batteries, and spare parts moving smoothly across markets.

You will plan, book and follow up transport, record movements in ERP/WMS, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs, and support the central warehouse and cost control. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented person eager to grow in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operational support preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple freight modes and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book and follow up on transport of scooters, e-bikes, batteries, spare parts and parcels across markets, including higher‑volume and complex logistics.
• Ensure all goods movements are accurately recorded in ERP/WMS in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, customs agents, warehouses and authorities.
• Create and manage shipping documentation such as Dangerous Goods Declarations, invoices and packing lists.
• Handle weekly spare parts orders, support forecasting and manage allocation across markets.
• Provide operational support to the central warehouse and respond to WMS queries.
• Support invoice control, financial administration and cost follow‑up across transport and spare parts operations.
• Ensure transport compliance including customs, safety and VAT documentation.
• Assist spare parts and vehicle relocation planning as fleet evolves.
