Job summary

Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Project Lead Commercial Operations to drive strategic and hands-on initiatives in logistics and operations across international markets.

You will lead procurement, improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability, and collaborate with teams in Sweden and abroad. Bring 3 years of project leadership, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes within logistics and related areas—from requirements specification to contract and implementation.
• Lead and coordinate Operations projects that improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability across markets.
• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen our competitive edge.
• Contribute to sustainability work by driving climate-related initiatives and reporting compliance.
• Ensure budget follow-up and drive cost-efficiency.
