Job summary

Voi Technology AB is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for the Vehicle Hardware Team to lead two hardware procurement and development projects from requirements to launch. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and suppliers to ensure on‑time, high‑quality deliveries, while translating needs into actionable goals and driving reliability across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, QA and supply chain teams, contribute to DFMEA/PFMEA, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience working with hardware suppliers, including Chinese partners.
Proven collaboration with multi‑disciplinary hardware and firmware teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end hardware procurement and development projects in parallel.
Coordinate teams and suppliers on timelines, milestones, risks and status.
Translate needs into clear goals and drive evaluation of samples for reliability and repairability.
Support engineers on technical topics and contribute to DFMEA/PFMEA and related reports.
Present clear project updates to the executive team and leadership.
Negotiate with suppliers on timelines, quality and technical issues.
Travel regularly to China and other supplier locations.
