Job summary

PinMeTo AB, a fast-growing SaaS company, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our Malmö HQ. You’ll be on the frontlines, helping us expand across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, reaching decision-makers and sparking interest in PinMeTo.

You'll start in a hands-on role with coaching from our Sales Academy, building your toolkit, and advancing through our fast-paced B2B tech environment. Fluency in Swedish and good English are essential as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish required for professional business conversations.
• Strong English for collaborating with international colleagues and clients.
• Hungry, self-motivated with high energy and a winning mindset.
• Background in sales (phone sales, telemarketing, telecom, or insurance) is a plus.
• Bonus points for Danish or Norwegian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark curiosity.
• Book high-value meetings for senior sales team (Account Executives).
• Research and map target markets and contacts in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
• Learn and grow through internal Sales Academy coaching and training.
