Nordic Investin is partnering with a fast-growing multi-country organisation to recruit a People Operations Manager Scale Up. You will lead scalable people operations, connect HR processes and systems, and partner with leaders to design practical, compliant solutions.

You will work hands-on, coach leaders, balance competing priorities, and drive improvements with measurable outcomes while safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring strong stakeholder communication across regions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience delivering scalable people operations for a fast-growing multi-country organisation in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of people processes and HR systems.
• Practical experience applying compliance and service design.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving team leadership.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
