Job summary

Stokvis Nordics is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support managers across the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Sweden. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management while shaping HR processes and Workday adoption.

This role reports to the Operations Director in Norrköping and collaborates with global HR teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of broad HR experience, strong Swedish labor law knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least five years of broad HR experience.
• Experience supporting managers in operational HR matters.
• Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and HR processes.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers across the Nordic organization, with focus on Sweden.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Advise managers on labor law, employee relations, and union collaboration.
• Develop and improve HR processes, policies, and ways of working; drive HR initiatives (e.g., Workday).
• Coordinate annual HR processes and build strong relationships with managers across the Nordic organization.
