emagine is looking for a HR System Owner to join one of our tech clients in Stockholm. Start ASAP. Location: Stockholm onsite five days a week with flexibility.

As HR System Owner, you’ll design, implement and scale HRIS/ATS and data infrastructure, ensuring governance, security, and compliant, automated processes across onboarding, offboarding, and integrations. You’ll partner with People Enablement, IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders to keep people systems aligned with growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and the broader HR tech ecosystem.
• Ability to translate HR operations into scalable, system-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR technology stack: HRIS, ATS, document management and cloud-based integrations.
• Configure systems for scalability, security and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain data accuracy, system reliability and documentation as a single source of truth.
• Develop data governance and ensure reliable data flows between systems.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning and lifecycle events; support self-service.
