Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Nordic operations across Finland, Norway and Sweden. You will align people strategies with business goals, ensuring organisational effectiveness, engagement and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development and change initiatives, coaching managers and shaping HR programs to enable regional growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. 5+ years as HRBP.
• Experience supporting multiple Nordic countries (Finland, Norway, Sweden).
• Strong knowledge of Nordic employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience in multinational organisations, preferably tech/managed services/data centre.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• English fluent; Finnish/Norwegian/Swedish language skills a plus.
• Experience with data-driven HR and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with regional growth.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation, policies and employee relations across Nordics.
• Support workforce planning, org design, succession and talent development.
• Coach managers on performance management and accountability.
• Lead HR for organisational change with clear communication and engagement.
• Ensure policy consistency and compliance with local labour regulations.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives across the region.
• Support compensation reviews and external partner relationships.
• Travel regularly across the Nordic region and to other European locations.
