Nordic Investin is seeking a Design Operations Lead to connect evidence, service realities and product constraints into clear, inclusive experiences at scale. You will lead discovery, design, delivery and learning with a multidisciplinary team, making decisions transparently and balancing trade-offs with engineering and operations.

You bring proven experience in design operations, portfolio planning and tooling, plus strong stakeholder communication and ownership across the end-to-end lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering design operations at scale in demanding environments.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio planning and rituals.
• Experience applying tooling and design quality.
• Ability to assess risk and trade-offs involving supplier coordination.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and handling of sensitive information.
