Vend seeks a People Operations Specialist to shape the Nordic People Operations Hub, supporting Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You will combine hands-on delivery with improving digital workflows and AI-powered self-service, partnering with People Business Partners, Specialists and Product owners to turn insights into practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years in People Operations or HR administration, ideally in a multi‑country or fast‑moving environment.
• Higher or vocational education within HR or another relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with modern HR platforms and confidence using AI tools, digital assistants and data to make work easier.
• You follow requests through, handle sensitive information carefully and recognise when to involve others.
• You use data and feedback to understand employee and manager needs, simplify workflows and create clear, useful guidance.
• You work well across teams and countries, communicate clearly and bring fluency in English, with possible Norwegian or Swedish proficiency being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve operational needs across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, handling data changes and lifecycle events with high data integrity.
• Guide employees and managers towards digital services, trusted information and self‑service, coordinating with content owners to keep knowledge AI‑ready.
• Collaborate with product owners and specialists on broader process improvements, automation and AI development.
