Job summary

Lovable is hiring a People Operations Lead to scale our HR systems, processes, and operating rhythms as we grow across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You’ll manage and develop the regional People Ops specialists, own HRIS, payroll, compliance, contractor risk, and build documentation and self‑service workflows that keep People Ops clear and reliable at speed.

This role blends scalable systems thinking, data rigor, and privacy‑by‑design to deliver a high‑quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People/HR Operations including leading specialists.
• Experience at AI-native or fast-scaling tech company.
• Direct experience owning multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance (Sweden/UK/US a plus).
• Track record designing scalable People Ops systems in high-growth environments.
• Balance speed with rigor including privacy-by-design and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global People Ops team across regions (Sweden, UK, Americas).
• Own the employee lifecycle operating model across onboarding, changes, mobility, leave, offboarding, data.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with jurisdictional ownership.
• Own HRIS strategy end-to-end (HiBob and adjacent tooling) including data integrity and automation.
• Design playbooks and self-services, including AI-assisted self-service where appropriate.
