Job summary

Tata consultancy Services in Sweden invites an experienced SAP Ariba consultant to lead end-to-end procurement implementations across Ariba upstream/downstream, S/4HANA integration, and Fieldglass. You will design solutions, coordinate with business, procurement and IT, and drive value through best practices.

The role requires 7–10+ years on SAP Ariba, strong leadership and agile delivery, and SAP Ariba certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in SAP Ariba implementation and consulting.
• Deep expertise in Ariba upstream/downstream (Sourcing/Contracts and P2P).
• Experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA (MM/FI).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• SAP Ariba certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP procurement implementations with Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
• Configure and optimize SAP MM, Ariba (Upstream/Downstream), or Fieldglass modules.
• Collaborate with business, procurement and IT to translate requirements into specifications.
• Oversee integration with SAP FI/CO and third-party tools, providing troubleshooting and high-level support.
• Drive automation, data accuracy and procurement transformation projects.

• Solution Design & Strategy: Lead end-to-end SAP procurement implementations, ensuring adherence to Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
• System Configuration: Configure and optimize SAP MM, Ariba (Upstream/Downstream), or Fieldglass modules to meet business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business, procurement, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Integration & Support: Oversee integration with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and third-party tools, providing troubleshooting and high-level support.
• Process Improvement: Drive automation, data accuracy, and procurement transformation projects to maximize value.
