Job summary

Role: Business Consultant – Supply Chain (Procurement & Distribution)

Experience (Years): 8 to 15 Years

Key responsibilities :

• Customer Stakeholder Management and facilitation across executive and operational audiences.
• Cross functional collaboration
• Ability to lead discussions during workshops.
• Work closely with Transformation Management Office to ensure on-time delivery.
• Align with Value team on the Value Planning & Value Realization (KPIs)

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities

Work with larger implementation team to ensure on time and error free delivery.

Ability to proactively plan resources and operate within budgets provided.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Supply Chain Domain experience in one or more functional areas – Procurement, Distribution (Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics), Order Management preferably in Business consulting arm of companies like TCS.
• End-to-end business process mapping from L1 to L4 (required).
• Ability to lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Prior experience in SAP SCM Procurement & Distribution (TM/EWM/LE) modules as part of large S4 Transformations is good to have.
• SAP Signavio experience is good to have.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative-taking, and an innovative mindset.
• Exposure to AI/ Gen AI / Agentic AI is desirable.

Experience required:

• 8 to 15 Years
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant / Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Lead Supply Chain Track for Nexus Business Transformation, working closely with Business & IT Stakeholders to define and implement Target Operating Model in Supply Chain Function with a focus on Procurement & Distribution
• Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
