Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Sweden is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Integration Specialist to lead integration development across IBP Demand, Supply, Inventory and S&OP modules.

You will design data flows with SAP CPI-DS/CI-DS, transform XML-based data, and collaborate with offshore teams on deployments and cutover activities, ensuring smooth project lifecycles and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an SAP IBP Integration Specialist, typically 5+ years.
• Technical Skills: Hands‑on experience with SAP CPI-DS, SAP HANA, SQL, and XML.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to work with stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and API Management.
• Experience in managing offshore teams and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Integration Development: Design and implement data flows using SAP CPI-DS/CI-DS.
• Data Transformation: Create and manage XML‑based data transformations and mappings.
• System Integration: Connect IBP Demand, Supply, Inventory, and SOP modules with SAP/non‑SAP systems.
• Technical Support: Handle HANA table data extraction, data transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Project Lifecycle: Participate in full‑cycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Documentation: Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
