The Process Tools & Reporting Manager role sits at the heart of Sales Leadership, shaping scalable processes, tools, and data usage to accelerate revenue growth and improve win rates.

You will own the sales operating model, lead end‑to‑end processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, strong adoption, and data‑driven decision‑making across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience within sales operations, commercial excellence, or similar roles
• Proven experience driving sales process optimization and implementing systems, tools, and reporting frameworks
• Experience working with digital transformation initiatives, including leveraging AI and automation
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and reporting tools
• Experience working in international organizations and cross‑functional environments
• Solid project management experience, including leading initiatives and stakeholders across functions
• Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Build and govern a best‑in‑class sales operating model across customer segments
• Lead development and implementation of end‑to‑end sales processes
• Define and continuously improve the sales process framework for clarity and scalability
• Own the sales technology landscape: CRM, reporting tools, and digital platforms
• Drive data, automation, and AI to improve productivity and decision‑making
• Develop reporting structures and dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and performance
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Business Control, and Operations to align systems and data flows
• Lead or support strategic transformation initiatives across the commercial organization
