With sustainability at our core, our data centers run on renewable energy and are designed according to circular economy principles. Through innovative design, power efficiency, and intelligent operations, we deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure.

Headquartered in Reykjavik, Iceland, atNorth operates eight data centers across the Nordics, with additional sites under development in Finland, Denmark, and Sweden.

We combine world‑class technology with a people‑first culture built on collaboration, ownership, and trust, empowering our teams to grow, take responsibility, and make a real impact.

By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure.

Process Tools & Reporting Manager at atNorth

This role is positioned at the intersection of sales, digital transformation, and operational excellence. You will define, develop, and continuously optimize how our Sales organization operates, ensuring scalable processes, strong system support, and high-quality data‑driven decision‑making.

As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will play a central role in enabling revenue growth, improving win rates, and strengthening customer retention by enhancing the efficiency, speed, and consistency of all customer‑facing processes.

Key responsibilities:

A key focus will be on building and governing a best‑in‑class sales operating model across all customer segments. You will lead the development and implementation of end‑to‑end sales processes, ensuring alignment across commercial, operational, and financial stakeholders.

You will be responsible for defining and continuously improving the sales process framework, including lead management, qualification, bid processes, and contract handling, ensuring clarity, scalability, and strong adoption across the organization.

From a systems and tools perspective, you will own the sales technology landscape, including CRM, reporting tools, and digital platforms. You will drive the use of data, automation, and AI to improve productivity, transparency, and decision‑making across the sales funnel.

You will lead the development of reporting structures and performance dashboards, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, sales effectiveness, and overall commercial performance.

Working cross‑functionally, you will collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Business Control, and Operations to ensure that systems, data flows, and processes are aligned and support the company’s growth ambitions.

You will also lead or support strategic transformation initiatives, including implementation of new tools, process standardization efforts, and continuous improvement programs across the commercial organization.

  • Experience working with digital transformation initiatives, including leveraging AI and automation
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and reporting tools
  • Experience working in international organizations and cross‑functional environments
  • Solid project management experience, including leading initiatives and stakeholders across functions
  • Professional proficiency in English
