Job summary

Ottobock seeks a Sales Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term position to support our Nordic sales organization. You will coordinate customer and tender processes, assist with contracts, and help maintain sales systems, enabling smooth operations and continuous improvement.

The role involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a commercial education, experience in sales/support functions, strong English, and a structured, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Prospective candidate has commercial or business-related education.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer support.
• Strong IT and MS Office skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Structured and organized approach to work.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a development focus.
• Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is advantageous.
