Job summary

Visual Art in Stockholm is seeking a Sales coordinator to act as the central hub between internal teams, customers, and suppliers, supporting the Swedish sales department with admin tasks and order processing. You will handle quotations, invoicing, and customer inquiries while collaborating across departments.

The role is based at our central Stockholm office, reporting to the Sales Director Sweden, with a 15-month parental leave replacement.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience in an office.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact between internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Support the Swedish sales department with admin tasks and order processing.
• Handle quotations, contract invoicing and customer inquiries.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
