Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Sales Analyst or Sales Assistant or relevant job.
• Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics or similar.
• Analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills to collaborate across sales and marketing teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the sales team by turning data into clear decisions and reducing the administrative workload.
• Provide regular data analysis and management reports (primary and secondary sales, product categories, geography).
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards aligned to sales team goals.
• Manage data flows and synchronization with distributors and key accounts.
• Support CRM development and automation of sales processes.
• Describe and document business processes.
• Align sales and marketing activities, identifying gaps in promotions and campaigns.
• Take ownership of assigned projects end to end.
