BrightAnalytics is expanding its Nordic presence and seeks a hands-on Revenue Operations Expert based in Stockholm. You will optimize CRM processes, deliver clear data insights, and empower sales teams with the right tools to boost efficiency across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

You will collaborate with Country Leads and Sales Managers, drive pipeline analytics, and advance AI-powered automation while maintaining data governance and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business or Economics (or equivalent).
• Initial working experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Performance & pipeline optimization across Nordics to shorten sales cycles.
• Revenue operations and training; implement and refine sales playbooks.
• Partner with Country Leads and Sales Managers to optimize commercial performance.
• Create data-driven insights and centralized reporting for leadership.
• Support CRM automation and day-to-day operational needs with AI tools.
