Sambla Group, a fast-growing fintech headquartered in Stockholm, seeks a Director of Analytics to lead analytics for the Commercial organisation. You will shape the commercial agenda, own KPIs, forecasting and reporting, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and profitability.

Qualificações

• Leads analytics in a commercial setting with measurable impact.
• Experience building and guiding high-performing analytics teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to discuss P&L, unit economics and growth levers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial analytics across pricing, conversion, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage and develop the analytics team, setting priorities and driving impact.
• Act as trusted advisor to commercial leadership, shaping strategy and challenging assumptions.
• Own KPIs, forecasting and reporting with clear definitions and reliable dashboards.
• Identify revenue opportunities and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Build analytics community across Marketing, Finance, Product and Commercial.
• Set analytics standards and govern data quality and methods.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science and Tech on data architecture.
