Job summary

teenage engineering is seeking a customer support agent to join our team in Stockholm, focusing on reverse logistics. The role is full-time with a six-month probation, reporting to the head of sales, and involves daily handling of returns, repairs, and routine packing duties.

You will assist customers via our support portal, coordinate shipments, and work in a fast-paced creative environment at our Stockholm HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or stock handling.
• Storefront or customer interaction experience.
• Interest in after-sales procedures and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Google tools.
• Ability to handle multiple parcels and physical shipments daily.

Responsibilities

• Understand company policies related to returns and ensure packing material supply for outgoing shipments is maintained.
• Guide customers through their purchase journey using clear, empathetic, and on-brand written communication.
• Organise faulty units stock and prepare it to be shipped back to the factory for rework.
