Job summary

Airmee is seeking a part-time customer service representative in Stockholm to handle customer and courier issues and ensure smooth deliveries. You will work weekend shifts, providing support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both Swedish and English, has experience in customer service, and is well-organized under pressure. A commitment to a two-week full-time onboarding training is required.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service or a similar service-oriented role.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to commit to a two-week full-time onboarding before moving onto weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming errands across channels - resolving customer and courier issues.
• Support retailers, customers, and couriers throughout the delivery process.
• Own each ticket end-to-end: investigate, communicate, and follow up until resolved.
• Stay calm and structured through peak volumes and shifting priorities.
• Spot recurring issues and flag them for resolution.
