Job summary

Peak Performance in Stockholm is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist - Logistics/Transportation to own daily order flow, improve delivery performance, and resolve post-purchase issues. You will collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Technology, warehouses, and carriers to drive improvements across our ecommerce and omnichannel platforms.

The role focuses on optimizing order flow, carrier management, and delivering seamless customer experiences through data-driven actions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in E-commerce operations, logistics, or related field.
  • Experience with warehouse operations and last-mile delivery processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools beneficial.
  • Excellent communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize daily order flow operations, with issue resolution and performance monitoring.
  • Drive logistics performance by managing carrier escalations, investigations, claims and delivery exceptions.
  • Support omnichannel solutions (SFS, OIS, BORIS, C&C) to ensure great customer experiences.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends and root causes, leading improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Logistics, warehouses and carriers to resolve post-purchase issues.

Join the Peak Performance's E-commerce Operations & Consumer Service team and play a vital role in delivering a seamless post-purchase experience for our customers. As an E-commerce Operations Specialist - Logistics/Transportation, you will own operational order flow, logistics performance, and transportation-related issue resolution across our e-commerce and omnichannel business. Working closely with Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Technology teams, warehouses, and carrier partners, you will drive improvements that enhance delivery performance, reduce customer friction, and support our continued growth.

The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and reports to the Consumer Service & E-commerce Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize daily order flow operations, including issue resolution, stuck order management, and operational performance monitoring

  • Drive logistics and transportation performance by managing carrier escalations, shipment investigations, claims, and delivery exceptions

  • Support and enhance omnichannel solutions, including Ship-from-Store (SFS), Order-in-Store (OIS), Buy online return in store (BORIS) and Click & Collect (C&C), ensuring excellent customer experiences across all channels

  • Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement, and lead the development of solutions

  • Partner with Customer Service, Logistics, warehouses, and carriers to resolve complex logistics post-purchase issues and drive operational excellence

Who we think you are:
  • Experienced in logistics and transportation, with a strong understanding of order flow, carrier (DHL, PostNord, UPS etc.) processes, and delivery performance

  • Customer-focused and passionate about creating outstanding shopping and delivery experiences

  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actions and improvements

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives issues through to resolution

  • A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across functions and external partners

  • Curious and continuously looking for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and customer outcomes

Job Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Order Management, Customer Service Operations, or a related field

  • Experience working with warehouse operations, transportation networks, carrier management, or last-mile delivery processes

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify trends and drive business improvements

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly beneficial

  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the business

  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Shopify, SAP, Fluent OMS, ShipUP or similar e-commerce and customer service systems is an advantage
