Job summary

teenage engineering is seeking a customer support agent to join our team in Stockholm, focusing on reverse logistics. The role is full-time with a six-month probation, reporting to the head of sales, and involves daily handling of returns, repairs, and routine packing duties.

You will assist customers via our support portal, coordinate shipments, and work in a fast-paced creative environment at our Stockholm HQ.

Qualifications

teenage engineering develops highly acclaimed products for people who love sound, music and design. we are now looking for a customer support agent to join our team and be responsible for reverse logistics. the position is full-time on a permanent basis (with a six month probationary period), starting as soon as possible. you will report to the head of sales and work from our hq in stockholm.

about the role

the support agent in charge of reverse logistics will arrange, manage and coordinate shipments of returned products and repairs. this includes managing received stock as well as outgoing shipments. additionally, the agent will support customers by responding to e-commerce-related inquiries via our support portal. the role is hands-on and includes physical tasks such as handling, packing, and lifting parcels and shipments on a daily basis.

main responsibilities & tasks

• understand company policies related to returns and ensure the packing material supply for outgoing shipments is maintained.

qualifications

• comfortable working in a mac environment.

• proficiency in writing emails in english.
