Job summary

Telavox is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to streamline our Go-to-Market processes. You will automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and enable smarter collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success using our tech stack.

Based in Malmö, you will work hands-on with HubSpot, Sana, Clay, and n8n, build AI-driven improvements, and help the teams adopt efficient, scalable solutions that drive data quality and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or similar commercial support roles.
• Experience with CRM and automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Practical experience with AI tools, integrations, or low/no-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• A strong interest in data-driven work, process automation, and finding smarter ways to improve how teams operate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation workflows across our commercial tech stack, including HubSpot, Sana, Clay, and n8n.
• Implement AI-driven solutions that support Sales, SDR, and Customer Success in areas such as lead management, ticket handling, and customer insights.
• Identify process bottlenecks and design workflows that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend tools that strengthen automation capabilities, improve data quality, and deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborating with the CRM Product Owner to ensure smooth integrations and adherence to system and data standards.
• Supporting and enabling Go-to-Market teams by driving adoption of automation and AI solutions.
• Documenting best practices and reporting on automation initiatives through dashboards and performance summaries.
