Job summary

Instabee is seeking a Retail Media Manager in Stockholm to turn advertising and data-driven solutions into a new revenue stream. You will identify merchants, own the sales process from outreach to activation, and pilot new offerings across digital and physical touchpoints.

This hands-on 0→1 role requires commercial drive, adaptability, and collaboration with Product, Tech, Design, and Finance. Hybrid work and a fast-growing environment await.

Qualifications

• Evidence of building, selling, or turning ideas into reality.
• Experience in retail media, e-commerce, or adtech is a plus.
• Ability to move from idea to business case to pilot with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential merchants, brands, media agencies, and partners.
• Own the sales process from initial outreach through pilot, contract, and activation.
• Develop and test new commercial offerings across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Run pilots end-to-end, track results, and turn learnings into scalable offerings.
• Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
• Help shape product, pricing, processes, and the operational setup needed to scale.
• Coordinate effectively across internal teams to move opportunities from concept to market.
