Instabee Group AB, Stockholm, seeks a Market Intelligence Manager to own market knowledge for the Swedish business. You’ll blend sharp analytical thinking with problem-solving to uncover opportunities, track competitors, and turn data into strategic actions.

You’ll partner with Sales and Data Platform teams, experimenting with AI tools and web scraping to automate routine tracking and deliver high-impact insights.

Qualifications

• Couple of years in management consulting, scale-ups/startups, or analytical commercial role.
• Advanced capability in Excel/Google Sheets to identify signals in complex data.
• Experience with SQL and Salesforce or strong willingness to learn.
• Interest in using AI tools and automation to optimize workflows.
• Proven ability to lead projects from idea to delivery of systems.
• Adaptive, resourceful, strong communicator in fast-changing environments.
• Fluent in English; Swedish a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Landscape & Competitor Intelligence: map the ecommerce ecosystem and analyze market share, pricing, and strategies.
• Market Modeling & Data Ownership: build and maintain market models; set up automated data collection using AI for scraping and research.
• Strategic Partnerships & Workshops: translate data into actionable sales leads and run workshops.
• Technical Bridge & Systems: be SPOC to Data Platform and Sales tech teams; connect to Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Visualization & Dashboards: design dashboards and present insights to senior stakeholders.
