Job summary

Instabee is seeking a commercially-driven, tech-savvy Implementation Specialist to join our Integration & Tech Sales team in Stockholm. You will enable merchants with seamless API integrations and support rapid go-to-market.

Based in Stockholm, you will collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, tech and operations to onboard merchants, shorten time-to-market, and maintain strong long-term relationships. A strong customer-facing presence and hands-on API experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics, focusing on implementation, technical account management, or commercial excellence.
• Hands-on API integrations experience; Postman or similar tools a plus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Swedish or other Nordic language a bonus.
• Based in Stockholm with willingness to travel internationally.
• Commercial mindset with ability to shorten time-to-market and improve onboarding.
