Instabee is seeking a Market Intelligence Manager in Stockholm to own market knowledge and shape strategic growth. You will blend analytics with creative problem-solving, powering decisions with data and AI-driven automation.

The role involves partnering with sales, building market models, and turning raw data into actionable insights. You will work in a hybrid Stockholm setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to map competitors, track market dynamics, and design dashboards for

Qualifications

Couple of years of experience in management consulting, scale-ups/startups, or analytical commercial roles.
Advanced capability in Excel/Google Sheets to identify signals in complex data.
Experience with SQL and Salesforce (or strong desire to learn).
Genuine interest in using AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and scale intelligence.
Proven ability to lead projects from ideas to implemented systems.
Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

Map the evolving e-commerce landscape and analyze market share and competitor strategies.
Build and maintain market models and automate data collection using AI and web scraping.
Translate data into actionable sales leads and present insights to stakeholders.
Serve as SPOC to Data Platform and Sales tech teams for Salesforce and Snowflake connections.
Design and maintain intuitive dashboards for senior leaders.
