Job summary

TheFork is seeking a Customer Product Success Specialist – Restaurant Onboarding on a temporary contract to join our Commercial Team. You will deliver onboarding trainings virtually and in person, set up restaurant profiles, and drive product adoption so partners go live with value from TheFork Manager.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Product teams, travel for on-site sessions, and help scale onboarding across Europe, including Sweden and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• ≥2 years in customer onboarding/training in B2B SaaS or hospitality ops with tech aptitude
• Strong communicator who can explain software to non-technical audiences (video/in person)
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple onboardings in parallel
• Ability to establish trust with restaurant owners and teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training to partners virtually and face-to-face.
• Set up and optimize restaurant profiles and configurations so partners go live quickly.
• Drive product adoption and turn new partners into advanced users in their first weeks.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during onboarding and hand qualified leads to Account Managers.
• Work with Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations and Customer Care for smooth handover from signature to go-live.
• Share restaurant feedback with Product and Marketing and help improve training materials and knowledge base.
• Travel for on-site restaurant sessions, trade events, and internal team sessions, including occasional trips to Sweden.
