Job summary

TheFork in Europe seeks a Customer Product Success Specialist to lead onboarding for restaurant partners. You will train teams virtually and on site, optimize profiles, and drive rapid product adoption to ensure partners reach full value from TheFork Manager.

You will travel for on-site sessions and events, coordinating with Sales and Customer Care to ensure a smooth handover from signing to go-live. English and Swedish fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Swedish and English fluency in written and spoken.
• At least 2 years in customer onboarding/training in B2B SaaS or hospitality ops with tech aptitude.
• Confident communicator who can explain software to non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple onboardings.
• Ability to build trust with restaurant owners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training to partners virtually and face-to-face.
• Set up and optimize restaurant profiles so partners go live quickly and convert diners.
• Drive product adoption to turn new partners into advanced users.
• Adapt training style to diverse audiences (owners to management).
• Identify upsell opportunities and hand leads to Account Managers.
• Meet and exceed individual targets while supporting regional goals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Customer Care for smooth handover to go-live.
• Provide restaurant feedback to Product/Marketing and improve training materials.
• Travel for on-site sessions, events, and team meetings, including occasional Sweden trips.
