Job summary

Rapid Data in Örebro is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from contract to active users across ERP, eShop, Donations, and print modules. You will own onboarding journeys, decide routes, run kickoff calls, train customers, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure smooth handoffs and strong ARR.

You will lead multiple onboarding cases, explain technical steps in plain language, and maintain customer satisfaction with a proactive, solution-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases in parallel.
• Ability to explain technical steps in plain language.
• Excellent communication skills in cross-functional settings.
• Nice to have: Jira and SFDC experience.
• Swedish and English fluent; Norwegian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for assigned customers from kickoff through go-live and follow-up.
• Assess each new customer's readiness and select the onboarding route (Fast Track or Full Service).
• Lead structured onboarding calls and configure the product with the customer.
• Drive time-to-go-live and ensure real activation.
• Flag and escalate blockers early through the defined escalation path.
• Keep CRM/Jira up to date and document onboarding status.
• Identify recurring friction points and propose improvements to templates and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance for smooth handoffs and ARR conversion.
• Train customers so they're confident and self-sufficient after go-live.
