Job summary

Rapid Data GmbH in Sweden is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live for our ERP, eShop, Donations products. You will tailor onboarding routes, run structured sessions, and ensure customers are activated and confident.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure smooth handoffs, keep CRM/Jira updated, and identify improvements to templates and processes. Fluency in Swedish and English is required; Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success in B2B SaaS.
Able to manage multiple onboarding cases in parallel without losing structure.
Able to run live product walkthroughs and explain technical steps clearly.
Strong communication in multi-language settings (Swedish, English; Norwegian a plus).

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding journey for assigned customers from kickoff to go-live and follow-up.
Assess each new customer's readiness and select the right onboarding route (Fast Track or Full Service).
Lead structured onboarding calls and configure the product with the customer.
Drive time-to-go-live and ensure real activation, not just technical setup.
Flag blockers early through the escalation path and keep CRM/Jira up to date.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate ARR conversion.
Train customers so they are confident and self-sufficient after go-live.
