Job summary

BMI Group is seeking a Sales Representative for the Mid Sweden region, a home-office-based field role. You will drive growth by securing new business and nurturing relationships with merchants, roofers, partners, and retail chains.

You will travel regularly across Sweden to engage with customers and support BMI's Monier and Icopal product strategies. The role requires consultative selling experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency (SAP/C4C).

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or technical advisory roles.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Sweden.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales consultation and support to current and prospective clients.
• Foster strategic partnerships with Monier roofing partners and merchants.
• Uncover new project opportunities and manage end-to-end project follow-up.
• Engage with contractors, builders, home chains, and building supply outlets.
• Organize and execute customer meetings, workshops, events, and training on Monier and Icopal products.
• Serve as a BMI representative at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Develop tailored sales and marketing strategies while evaluating the local market.
• Relay customer insights regarding product quality and service offerings to BMI.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation in SAP CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
