Job summary

BMI Group Nordic is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager Nordic to lead end-to-end marketing for the Pitched roof category across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. You will partner with sales, technical teams and PLG product managers, and act as the main marketing contact for customers.

You will drive growth, oversee budgets, and shape sustainability narratives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced multinational English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Several years of commercial marketing/communications experience.
• Experience in B2B, preferably merchant distribution.
• Fluent in English; Nordic language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven Nordic marketing plan.
• Manage segmentation and multi-channel campaigns.
• Oversee category budget and ROI.
• Lead product launches and brand stewardship.
• Support sustainability storytelling.
