Job summary

Unit4 NV seeks a Product Success Partner to bring deep product expertise into the customer journey, driving adoption, optimisation and measurable value from Unit4 solutions. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to shape success plans and map business goals to product outcomes.

You will identify adoption gaps, promote standard functionality, and guide customers toward scalable, future-ready ways of working while triaging needs to Value Enhancement Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in technical customer support or technical consulting in U4ERP.
• Experience in Customer Success, consulting, implementation, or enterprise SaaS/ERP roles.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into business value and measurable outcomes.
• Confidence in guiding customers on adoption, optimisation, and value realisation.
• Turning ambiguous customer needs into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Knowledge of ERPx, reporting, configuration and APIs is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• A proactive, consultative mindset focused on customer value and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSMs to shape and evolve customer Success Plans linked to business goals and product adoption.
• Identify adoption gaps and optimisation opportunities using deep product knowledge.
• Promote standard functionality to reduce complexity and enable scalable workflows.
• Triages customer needs for Value Enhancement Services and align to outcomes.
• Voices of the customer fed back to Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
