Qualifications

• Strong academic foundation in Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field.
• Several years of experience as Controller, Finance Manager, or similar role.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers in strategic discussions.
• Experience leading high-impact workshops, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Passion for value creation and collaboration with Account Executives.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to address strategic business and financial challenges.
• Lead discovery and value-based discussions on financial priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and business cases.
• Contribute to executive-level presentations and solution workshops.
