Job summary

You will translate customer applications into design ideas and drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to ordering, collaborating with product teams and international colleagues.

• Proven experience in technical field sales, preferably within industrial automation.
• Strong experience with industrial OEMs and technical decision-makers.
• Ability to translate customer applications into TS solutions.
• Experience turning opportunities into design-in and commercial closure.
• New business development mindset with ability to grow strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discussions to design-in and commercial closure.
• Develop and grow TS business across the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with distributors to increase market coverage and generate new opportunities.
• Engage with industrial OEMs and technical decision-makers to define customer needs.
