Job summary

SurePay is expanding across Europe and the Nordics is our next growth frontier. You will own and scale a focused portfolio of top Nordic financial institutions across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland—driving cross-sell and up-sell of AVS and FRI solutions.

As the face of SurePay in the Nordics, you will translate regulatory and payments challenges into measurable business value, build trusted advisor relationships at C‑level, and collaborate with the team to ensure rapid adoption and

Qualifications

• Senior sales or account management with C-level banking relationships.
• Experience selling SaaS/fintech solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to navigate long, matrixed enterprise buying cycles in Tier‑1 banks.
• Solid understanding of Nordic payment infrastructure, fraud prevention, and compliance.
• Strong ROI-driven business case development and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale a high-value portfolio of Nordic financial institutions.
• Cross-sell and up-sell AVS and FRI modules to expand domestic and international footprints.
• Map complex bank hierarchies and build relationships across C‑Level, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Innovation.
• Translate regulatory, fraud, and payment challenges into measurable business value.
• Collaborate with New Business Development to ensure seamless post-sale transitions.
