Qualifications

• Proven product management experience, preferably within fintech or banking infrastructure.
• Strong skills in strategy, roadmaps and prioritization, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Solid understanding of payment infrastructure, APIs, and ledger systems.
• Experience with automation and AI to streamline financial workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and financial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Payments, Accounting and Invoicing.
• Drive development of payment infrastructure, transaction flows and integrations with external providers.
• Develop scalable solutions for transaction processing, ledger management, reconciliation and reporting.
• Improve invoicing, billing and fee management through automation.
• Explore AI-powered solutions to automate financial workflows and improve efficiency.
• Lead product discovery, define requirements and prioritize the backlog with engineering.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Compliance on requirements and regulations.
• Define and track KPIs related to payment performance and automation.
