Job summary

Liebherr-Sverige AB is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead and develop a team of technicians in Västerås, Sweden. You will plan, coordinate and oversee field work, ensuring seamless customer communication and accurate invoicing.

This role requires a proven track record in technical management and a strong focus on safety and service excellence. You will manage 10 technicians, foster a positive work environment, and act as the essential link between customers and Liebherr while driving

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with occupational health and safety (OHS).
• Background in technical support, service or customer care.
• Enjoy being the central point of connection between customers and the organization.
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented thinking.
• Good Swedish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work assignments for technicians.
• Ensure correct spare parts are ordered for each job.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and technicians.
• Oversee the full process from booking to completion and reporting for invoicing.
